PU Topcoat for Truck Bodies

Base: 20 kg/drum (approx. 17.4 L)
Hardener: 4.5 kg/drum (approx. 3.9 L)

Used as coating for truck bodies, heavy-duty truck compartments, engineering vehicle bodies, special vehicles and truck cabs.
Used as exterior finishing for exterior decoration of mechanical equipment, precision machinery, power facilities and instruments.
Serving for metal components and general industrial coating applications.
Used as topcoat in heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating systems.

High weather resistance: It features excellent UV resistance, with no chalking or fading during long-term outdoor service.
High hardness & wear resistance: The paint film is tough with excellent scratch and abrasion resistance so it is suitable for truck body that requires loading and unloading.
Gloss and color retention: The coating maintains long-lasting gloss and vivid color, delivering a nice look.
Chemical resistance: It features good resistance to oil, solvents, and erosion by acid and alkali media.
Good compatibility: It’s compatible with a variety of epoxy intermediate coats and topcoats.
Fast dry-to-handle: It drys fast, shortening application cycle.
