Application Field
- Used in combination with Hydroxy Acrylic Topcoat for outdoor protective and decorative coating of steel structures, mechanical equipment, special containers, logistics boxes and energy storage boxes.
- Used in combination with polyester resin, it is applicable to industrial coatings requiring high weather resistance.
- Suitable for curing 2K polyurethane topcoat systems in highly corrosive environments.
Performance Characteristics
- High weather resistance: With an aliphatic structure, it resists yellowing and chalking during long-term outdoor exposure.
- High gloss: When combined with the matching topcoat, the coating film presents high gloss and excellent decoration performance.
- Excellent mechanical properties: The coating film features high hardness, good flexibility and strong adhesion.
- Chemical resistance: It features good resistance to oil, solvents, and erosion by acid and alkali media.
- Fast dry-to-handle: Thanks to fast curing, it can shorten application cycle.
