Epoxy Primer for Galvanized Steel(Part A)

Base (Part A): 24 kg/drum (approx. 18.5 L)
Hardener (Part B): 4 kg/drum (approx. 3.1 L)

This anti-corrosion primer is prepared for galvanized steel sheets, hot-dip galvanized components and electro-galvanized surfaces.
Used as primer or transition coat for aluminum alloy curtain walls, aluminum profiles and stainless steel surfaces.
Used as protective coating for light metal and non-ferrous metal surfaces.
Used for mechanical equipment, special containers, truck bodies, shipping, High-strength steel components and heavy-duty equipments.
Used as a primer in heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating systems.

Excellent adhesion: It features superior adhesion to smooth surfaces such as galvanized sheets, aluminum alloys and stainless steel, with a cross-cut test result of Grade 1 or lower.
Compatible with Epoxy MIO Mid-coat and PU and fluorocarbon topcoat.
Rust and corrosion resistance: Thanks to high-efficiency anti-rust pigments, it provides excellent substrate protection performance.
Good water resistance: The cured coating features excellent water resistance and salt spray resistance.
Easy application: It can be applied without phosphating or special pretreatment (only cleaning and degreasing required).
Sustainability: Low VOC emitting meets China’s related standards.
